Gates open at 12:00 Friday 19th April and close on Monday 22nd April in the evening.
Music starts in the evening on Friday the 19th April and will stop by 10:00 on Monday 22nd April.
We have a shuttle bus departing from Kathmandu to the festival location and back. Shuttle bus times will be released closer to the event date.
Children aged 14 years and under are admitted free when accompanied by a ticket-holding parent or a legal guardian.
Parents need to register their children while purchasing the festival ticket.
It is mandatory to bring official documents of the child.
Camping will be made possible only for visitors with a valid festival ticket. Camping is allowed only in the designated camping area throughout the duration of the festival.
It is forbidden to set up tents outside of the fenced area of the camp or restricted areas of the festival camp.
Unregistered people and anyone without a valid festival camping wristband cannot enter the festival campsite and campers are not allowed to escort such individuals onto the festival campsite.
You cannot camp next to your car. camping is separate from the parking area.
It is strictly forbidden to build fires or barbecues anywhere on festival grounds and parking lots.
Gas cookers are not allowed.
Expect hot and steamy days and cold and humid nights. Prepare well and dress in layers.
Look after yourselves and each other in the event of an emergency do not hesitate to call for help, we have a first aid point near the MANDALA stage. The psycare crew will be on duty 24/7 to provide you with help and advice if needed.
We are all responsible for our own personal hygiene. all efforts are made by the organization to provide you with the necessary tools for you to care for yourself. Washing your hands and having regular showers is the 1st step to personal well-being and health.
At the festival location it is preferred to carry Nepalese Currency but to extend our service we do accept all currencies for the 2024 edition.
There will be a swipe machine for card payment as there will be no ATMs near the festival site.
The local market has the purpose to support the local community and provide you with authentic Nepalese products, At the market you can find seasonal fruits, cheese, milk products, honey, etc.
The market includes bakery shops and fresh bread, pastries, etc, as well as a convenience store for all your basic needs.
Lockers are providing a safe, and secure space to store all your valuables while you dance the day away. Our service staff is there 24 hours a day for you and this way you have access to your valuables whenever you want!
